✅ Return Eligibility
We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged
- The product is defective or not working
- You received the wrong item
- The product has not been delivered within 30 days from the date of dispatch
- You wish to return a non-damaged item
(In this case, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund)
📌 Note:
- Returns for non-damaged items are accepted only if the request is made within 7 days of delivery, and the product is unused and in original condition.
- No return or refund will be accepted for imported items, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- For imported items, maximum delivery time may extend to 60 days due to international logistics and customs processing.
🖼️ How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return, email us at kisaanenterprise2019@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- Reason for return.
- Clear photos or video evidence (for damaged/defective/wrong items).
We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection.
📦 Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging
- Return shipping instructions will be shared upon approval
- For damaged/wrong/defective items, we cover the return shipping
- For non-damaged returns, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
💳 Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return (if applicable)
- In case of non-delivery beyond 30 days, a full refund will be issued
- For imported items, non-delivery refund will be applicable only after 60 days from dispatch
